Beautiful Vintage Alfred Shaheen Dress New with Tags

I came across this beauty today and was wondering its worth and where is the best place to try an sell it.
I looked at the label page and it seems it is from the 70s-80s. It is a size 16. It says style 10416, RN 19810. It is a beautiful sheer gray with a gray lining except the sleeves which are just the sheer material. It has lilac and lavendar flowers.
