Belt with Oval Metal tag Bird Symbol?

I have a belt that is a a hook and eye belt with what i think is leather with flowers on the front. the metal oval tag is through the leather and secured at the back and the symbol on it looks like a line drawn seagull or bird of some kind. HELPP what is it?
