Help Identifying Kenzo dress and tag

Hello,
I'm not a vintage expert whatsoever. I found a beautiful and unique Kenzo dress, but I can't find any information about it anywhere. Please I need some help.
I look at the database for all the Kenzo tags and I didn't find the one that I have.

Hi dleti23 and welcome to the forums. You're right: I haven't seen that label either.

Bilingual labels started in the 1990s so I think your label is likely fairly modern. Is that a CA number in the top right? If there's another digit under the fold, you can search on that which might help.
