Help! Info on a jacket w/no label. Eagle and anchor buttons

Hi, I’m looking for any information on this jacket—I’m guessing its 60s?? Stretchy material, navy with a coral collar, gold eagle and anchor buttons, one tag pictured below “size 10” fits like a size 4/6. Curious about the brand/era mostly. TIA

I think it looks like a 1960s coat dress - rather than a jacket. Have you checked the side seams to see if there might be any another labels?

I agree with Linn. The fabric is most likely a polyester.

There won't be an easy way to know the brand, but the era is later half of the 1960s.
