Help w/ dating and info on early teens set

Hi,

I have this set and I cannot figure out if it is early teens or maybe early 1920s. I haven't seen anything like it with the sleeves in edwardian day wear, but it hits at the ankle on 5'5" me.

Hard to say from the photos. Could we see just the jacket, without the dress under it? It looks very early 1930s to me, but I really cannot tell with the way it is hanging.

I see early '30s too. It would be helpful to know about fastenings: does it have buttons or zippers or poppers? And the fabric: what is it made of?

It looks similar to dinner ensembles of the '30s.
