Help with Union Label on Osh Kosh Overalls

I have a pair of Osh Kosh overalls with this garment union tag attached. So far I can't find an example of it anywhere to gauge the approximate age. Any input is appreciated! Also showing the brand label from the overalls.

A front and back photo of the overalls would help and possibly closeups of the rivets. Buttons and hooks, too may be helpful.

The label looks newer to me. Possibly 1970s or after

I am not sure of my information, but a knowledgeable customer of menswear told me that the red numbers across the middle of the label were from a short period in the 1930's. A clue maybe.
