Looking for a Cobbler/shoe repair for platforms

Not sure where else to ask, hoping somebody can help me! I have like, 10 pairs of 1990s Buffalo platform sneakers which are all suffering from the dreaded "Sole Rot" that anyone familiar with polyurethane/injection mold foam soles knows all too well. I am looking for somebody who is either a cobbler, shoe maker, customizer, etc. who would be able to completely replace all of the soles with new ones. They wouldnt have to be the same as the original soles, any more sturdy foam would work. It isnt something i am able to do myself, though i have certainly tried my best. If anybody has any recs on people/shops that might be able to do this, or any other forums that could point me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Hannah

From speaking to a few cobblers/shoe repairers you will find that really this is a job for a shoe maker, it requires different equipment and skill set to that of just repairing soles.
Personally given the type of soles you are looking to have replaced I would suggest finding the nearest shoemaker that does specialist medical footwear as they specialize in building soles to a certain height and making them sturdy enough for wear. You may be able to get information on this service from your healthcare provider/doctor's surgery or online.

I don't know if you ever get to NYC but East Village Shoe Repair used to repair and restore these kinds of shoes. Wasn't cheap but cheaper than buying a new pair, if I remember correctly. I have heard that they moved to Brooklyn but the name remains the same. Maybe find them and call to see if they could help you and then, even if you have to mail them to them, get them to help you.
