I have a red dress which I acquired in the the late 70's with a taffeta lower skirt and red velvet bodice. I was told it was in the Monster Ball scene in GWTW and it has a label with 4 digits on it. How can I verify this?
 
Maybe contact the studio's archivist?
 
There is a collector of this item, I think is famous in his field, his profile on Instagram is thevintagecostumecollector
