Hi. I've tried searching to see if this vest is vintage. It seems like the brand comes up quite a bit for resale, but I can not find any other info on it. Thank you!

I sold a dress that was essentially a denim vest just like yours sewn onto a light fabric skirt from the 1990s. It had the same faux fur trimming on the collar.
 
Thank you! I feel ok listing it as a "vintage 90's" then. The estate sale closet I bought it from was filled with mostly vintage (<50's-80's...I'm pretty good at identifying by label/style) clothing and accessories, but I know older people till go shopping, or receive gifts!
