Vintage Capelet - Unidentified year/fur

Hi! I was wondering if anybody could help me identify which year this might have been made? Also, I was told it's fox and mink but it's very light weight and I'm wondering if it could possibly be fox and sable. Thoughts?

Hi there, Very pretty. It is fox and mink fur and I'd date it to the early 70s.
